***鞋類退換貨須知***

Return & Exchange Policy for Sneakers

[退換貨期限]

商品到貨後 7日內 可申請退換貨（含例假日）。逾期恕不受理。

You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (including holidays). Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

[商品狀況要求]

僅接受未穿著、未下水、無損傷、保持全新狀態的商品辦理退換。

包含完整包裝（鞋盒、吊牌、贈品等）與訂單明細單。

Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged — with original packaging, tags, and order receipt included.

[尺寸不合換貨]

如因尺寸不合需更換，請聯繫客服安排換貨流程，來回運費需由買方自行負擔。

If you need to exchange due to incorrect sizing, please contact customer service. Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

[商品瑕疵]

若收到商品有明顯瑕疵或寄錯商品，請立即拍照並於3日內通知客服，我們將免費協助退換。

If the item has a visible defect or was sent incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange a free return or exchange.

[不接受退換貨情況]

- 商品已明顯穿著使用痕跡

- 無法提供原完整包裝

- 超過退貨時效

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:

- The product has visible signs of wear or use

- Original packaging is incomplete or missing

- The return period has expired

[退貨方式與退款時間]

完成退貨檢查後，將於7個工作日內完成退款（依照原付款方式辦理）。

Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
