Crypt Shoes Introduction
First up, we introduce the Crypt , a full-lace design available in black, olive green, and raw linen, with either suede or canvas options.
It has a minimalist and clean look and a low-profile silhouette, with reinforced design on the toe and side panels, an original Higher art label sewn on the tongue, and an extra set of replacement laces. The lining of the shoe is made of artificial matte leather and canvas.

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of product arrival (including holidays). Late returns will not be accepted.
You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (including holidays). Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
[Product condition requirements]
Only merchandise that has not been worn, not used in the water, is undamaged and in new condition will be accepted for return or exchange.
Contains complete packaging (shoe box, tag, gifts, etc.) and order details.
Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged — with original packaging, tags, and order receipt included.
[Exchange if size does not fit]
If you need to exchange the item due to size incompatibility, please contact customer service to arrange the exchange process. The round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
If you need to exchange due to incorrect sizing, please contact customer service. Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
[Product Defect]
If the product you receive is obviously defective or the wrong product is sent, please take a photo immediately and notify customer service within 3 days. We will assist in the return or exchange free of charge.
If the item has a visible defect or was sent incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange a free return or exchange.

After the return inspection is completed, the refund will be completed within 7 working days (according to the original payment method).
Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
